Denise had her ct scan this morning.  Only took 6 tries for an iv and 4 blown veins--thanks to chemo drugs veins are devasted! Now we wait for the results which should be today or early Monday.

Denise is feeling crappy due to ingesting the contrast drink for the ct scan.  Hopefully some rest and sleep will get her "up" soon.

Where's the sunshine?  Such dreary skies here.

Yum! Contrast Drink... I think it should be marketed as a health shake then people would pay good money for it and say it tasted great! Maybe if they sold it at Jamba Juice with a shot of wheat grass it would go down better?

Hope you are feeling better pronto! I am certain that you and your spirit will overcome these little healing obstacles so you can get on with the IP tx's!

The vision of you I hold in my heart is of you healthy and smiling! Sorry you have to go through all the stuff to get there, but at least we already know the end result!

Hi Denise.
Sorry you are feeling crappy. You have the spirit and the drive to conquer this disease. One step at a time day by day until you have won. Go girl!
We love you and continue to pray for you.

Just thinking of you and wanted to say hello. Hey, remember walking down your street and hanging out in that hollow "tree" house? Good times. Love you!!

While we're bringing up cousin memories....Remember singing "Poppies, golden poppies" in someone's car (I want to say Grammy's) while driving down your street? Cindy was singing so seriously and you and I couldn't stop laughing?

We're not cousins, but speaking of being in someone's car...remember when we were driving in your car (Celica) somewhere in Irvine and you were honking the horn to whatever song was playing? The only thing that stopped you was a cop pulling us over and asking us to "keep it down." Love that memory!
